Yesterday night, I got home late. I started making this cheesecake at 12 am and It took me until 2:30 am. This time before baking, I added wax paper on the sides plus greasing in the pan. While baking, I placed foil on top so that the middle doesn't burn.
The result, a very sweet vanilla cheesecake. My friends loved it! Along with the cherry sauce.
My uncle wants me to make a meringue cake for his friends birthday next week and I don't even know if I have time. Blah.
