Paper Gangsta

Hello, hello. I am back with some baked goods but I am embarassed to say that I had to do this two times. The first batch was really ugly, it was flat and looked really dark. =( The second time, I laid down the blobs a bit smaller but I didn't give it enough space!! =( So it touched a bit but it's alright.

The cookies themselves tasted very soft and it almost fooled me into thinking it was a meringue. Th butter made it a bit chewy and soft which I love. I have to admit, I am not a big fan of peanut butter but it added a nice twist to it. Reminds me of Reese peanut butter cups. =)

Blahhh I wish I could go back in time. Oh well.
